CalcioMercato report that Manchester City want to sign Brugge wonderkid Charles De Ketelaere – with West Ham and Everton recently linked.
De Ketelaere, 20, has caught the attention of many after a stellar start to the 21-22 campaign. The versatile striker has even earned caps for Belgium.
Helping Brugge qualify for the Champions League and in the Belgian league last season, he has had a hand in seven goals during 15 games this term.
Scoring against Italy in the UEFA Nations League, De Ketelaere has also impressed against Manchester City in the Champions League this season.
That has caught the eye of Pep Guardiola. Despite City winning 5-1 this week, he has been impressed by De Ketelaere – and is interested.
But they might find Premier League competition. A recent CalcioMercato report stated that Everton and West Ham were also considering moves.

Manchester City eye De Ketelaere: Everton and West Ham better
De Ketelaere needs plenty of game time if he is to continue maximising his enormous potential. At Manchester City, he simply will not get that.
City like to play with a false nine. They also have Gabriel Jesus and the likelihood is they will sign another striker. Liam Delap is in the wings.
De Ketelaere is similar to Delap – so why stunt the growth of the latter by signing the Belgian, which is likely to cost as much as £22million (FT).
But for Everton and West Ham, who need competition for Dom Calvert-Lewin and Michail Antonio – he is ideal. A bargain, too.
