Manchester City are said to be open to selling Benjamin Mendy this summer, with a report from The Telegraph claiming the club are open to offers.
The Telegraph states that City will sell Mendy if an acceptable offer comes their way. The Frenchman has dipped down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola, with Oleksandr Zinchenko and Joao Cancelo both having played ahead of him this season, while Nathan Ake and Aymeric Laporte have both also played left-back.

Offloading Mendy would open up some wages within the City budget. Spotrac claim Mendy is on £90k-a-week at The Etihad, having signed a long-term deal when he arrived in 2017.
City are expected to be well-placed to do business in the summer. They are being strongly linked with Erling Haaland, while young Brazilian starlet Kayky is also expected to arrive soon.
Mendy has appeared just eight times in the Premier League this term. However, he did play 90 minutes as City saw off Fulham last time out.
TBR View: City right to cash in if they can, Mendy has dipped
When Mendy first burst onto the scene, he was absolutely flying down that left-hand side. But since then, City seem to have adopted a more defensive minded approach with their defenders, meaning Mendy is used sparingly.
Cashing in, then, is probably wise. City would still be able to get decent money for Mendy and it would just open the door that bit more to do some more business themselves.
Mendy hasn’t done too much wrong, but it’s clear Guardiola now favours other players.
