
Liverpool are set to continue to monitor Jarrod Bowen’s progress at West Ham United throughout the campaign, the Athletic suggest.
Keeping an eye
Liverpool are said to have an interest in Bowen, and there was talk that a move could happen this summer.
However, with time now running out in the window and West Ham starting so well, any transfer looks highly unlikely at this stage.
That does not mean that Bowen is no longer of interest to Liverpool, though.
To the contrary, the Athletic suggest that the Reds’ scouts will very much be keeping tabs on him as the season progresses.
If Bowen does have a strong campaign then Liverpool could well step up their interest and make a bid for the £25 million forward (Daily Express) next summer.
How’s Bowen performed so far?

So far this term Bowen is yet to get on the scoresheet for David Moyes’ side.
But he has played his part in helping West Ham pick up maximum points from their first two games, where they have scored eight goals.
West Ham actually sit above Liverpool in the embryonic Premier League table at the moment.
And Bowen looks like he is set to have a key part to play if West Ham are to stay competing for a top four place this term,
