Liverpool are once again in the running to sign Ajax starlet Ryan Gravenberch, with Calciomercato claiming that Juventus are also keen on the 19-year-old.
Gravenberch is one of the most exciting midfield talents plying his trade in Europe right now. He has been a stalwart for Erik ten Hag’s side so far this term, starting all five of their Champions League group-stage games.

He has already played 80 times for the first-team in Amsterdam. And he is into double figures for caps for The Netherlands.
It does appear that he may be one of the next names Ajax face a major fight to keep.
Calciomercato reports that Gravenberch is wanted by both Juve and the Reds. It is noted that his contract expires at the end of next season.

Liverpool have been linked with the teenager on a number of occasions since his emergence. It was reported over the summer, for example, that he was a potential target for Jurgen Klopp’s side in the previous window.
Of course, no move would take place on that occasion. But it appears that the Reds have kept the door open.
Gravenberch would be a hugely exciting and significant signing for Liverpool
Gravenberch may perhaps some reservations about making the move to Anfield anytime soon. Klopp has a number of players currently at, approaching, or only just moving past their peak.
But it may not be too long before Klopp needs to think about refreshing those midfield options.
They certainly have bright talents knocking on the door. Figures such as Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott look to have an outrageous amount of talent. And Tyler Morton also looks set to have a role to play in the months ahead.
They have a little way to go however, before they realise their full potential.
Gravenberch is further along in his development. So he would be a hugely exciting addition if Liverpool can finally bring him to Merseyside.
