TBR’s View:

There is clearly a talented crop of youngsters coming through the Liverpool youth system right now, with the likes of Curtis Jones, Caoimhin Kelleher and Rhys Williams all playing first-team football this season.

Klopp will be making the smart move by resting key men in midweek for a game with little on it, especially as just around the corner they have three Premier League fixtures in the space of six days.

The defending league champions face Fulham, Tottenham and Crystal Palace in a hectic period and maximum points from those games will continue to make it a strong start to the season.
