According to Sport, Barcelona are keen to move on Philippe Coutinho. The La Liga club’s preference is to sell the Brazilian this summer, though they are open to agreeing a loan departure with an obligation to buy.
As things stand, the Spanish giants have one offer on the table, from an unnamed club, for the midfielder. However, the aforementioned report also states that the Premier League remains the the most likely destination for the 27-year-old. Sport also claim that Coutinho will not be used as a makeweight for Neymar in any deal with PSG.

Coutinho arrived at the Camp Nou in January 2018. Barcelona paid Liverpool £142 million for the attacking-midfielder’s services. Barcelona now accept that they will record a loss on the 55-cap Brazil international.
Liverpool should now recognise that the door is open to bring Coutinho back to Anfield. Jurgen Klopp should jump at the chance to welcome him back to Merseyside.
The Reds have made real progress since Coutinho’s departure. They are currently the reigning champions of Europe. However, Coutinho’s return would only improve them further. He has shone for the Reds before, and there is no reason to think he couldn’t do so again.
