Liverpool pulled off a major coup in January by signing Luis Diaz.

However, the Reds could well be looking to bolster their attacking ranks further come the end of the season.

Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino all have 15 months left on their Liverpool contracts.

Therefore, Jurgen Klopp might be keeping tabs on other players in case any of the three leave in summer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool are currently monitoring Leeds United winger Raphinha.

At the moment, Barcelona appear to be the frontrunners for the Brazilian’s signature.

But according to Sport, Liverpool aren’t out of the race by any means.

The Spanish outlet – via The Express – claims the Reds could offer Raphinha a wage which Barca couldn’t match.

According to The Mirror, Barca are prepared to offer around £33.5million for the Elland Road star.

However, Leeds ‘would want nearly double that amount’, which would take his price tag to around £67million.

It doesn’t look good for Barca’s hopes of signing Raphinha, but it would be good news for Liverpool.

The Leeds ace has stood out during a difficult season for his side, working hard and shining in their relegation battle.

According to Rio Ferdinand, a move to a top six club could see Raphinha go to another level completely.

“I like him, I like him,” Ferdinand said on his FIVE podcast. “I like the way he plays.

“He had a spell this season where I thought he was the most decisive player in Leeds.

“I think if he went to a better team he would go up another level again.

“I think there’s more to come from him and he’ll be an interesting player, especially at his valuation.”

Meanwhile, Paul Merson has described Raphinhas on Sky Sports as “unbelievable”.
