Eurosport have claimed that Liverpool are keeping tabs on Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham ahead of the summer window, as the England teen continues to shine for the German side both domestically, and in Europe.
Bellingham, 17, only joined Dortmund last summer from Championship club Birmingham City – having clocked up 44 senior appearances for the Midlands outfit. He was expected to be made to wait for senior game time in Germany.
However, he has been a revelation for Dortmund – clocking up 40 outings this season, even scoring in the Champions League against Manchester City this month. He has also worked his way into the England side, winning two caps.
Eurosport state that Chelsea are keen to bring Bellingham back to English football and it is believed that a fee of £100million would be required. But it is also stated that Liverpool are keeping tabs on midfielder Bellingham.
ESPN claim Bellingham is earning £56,000 a week at Dortmund.

TBR’s view – Bellingham ideal replacement for Wijnaldum
The Netherlands international is due to leave Liverpool this summer on a free and Liverpool need a replacement. They need a player that is hard-working, but can also score the odd, important goal and Bellingham is perfect.
Question marks over whether he is ready have already been blown away with his performances for Jurgen Klopp’s former side. The stumbling block, of course, is his enormous price tag but Liverpool need to spend this summer.
