Liverpool’s Naby Keita withdrew from the Guinea squad due to a knee problem he picked up in the FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
But the Athletic have reported that the 27-year-old’s problem is ‘minor’ which is a boost to Jurgen Klopp after the international break.
The same report says that Trent Alexander-Arnold is facing a race against time to be fit for Liverpool’s clash with Manchester City on April 10.

Keita’s Anfield career has of course been been blighted by injuries to the extent it feels like we are still waiting to see the best of him on a consistent basis.
But with Liverpool still battling for all four trophies going into the real crunch time of the season, having as many players available as possible is key for Klopp.
It might be a surprise if Klopp fielded Keita against City, but next up for the Reds are Watford at Anfield, and it seems hopeful that he will be available there.

Keita had been getting into some kind of rhythm before this latest knock and it is to be hoped that he pulled out more as a precaution as anything else.
That clash with City looks like it could define the title race and both Klopp and Pep Guardiola will want as many stars available for it as they can.
Alexander-Arnold is still touch and go by the looks of it – but there is still time for him to get fit – with the prognosis on Keita much better.
