Ajax winger Quincy Promes is attracting attention from the Premier League.
According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal and Liverpool are keen to sign Promes. The Dutch winger has expressed his desire to play in the Premier League with these two clubs chasing him.
Promes caught the eye in midweek when he produced a starring display in the 4-4 draw against Chelsea. He scored Ajax’s second goal on Tuesday night and scouts would have been impressed.

Arsenal and Liverpool could now move to sign Promes. The 27-year-old joined Ajax in the summer from Sevilla and he has previously played for Spartak Moscow and FC Twente. With 37 Holland caps to his name, he is well-known to Europe’s biggest clubs.
Promes has only just signed a five-year deal with Ajax, though. This means that the Dutch giants are not under any pressure to sell him and they could demand a sizeable transfer fee.
TBR’s view
Promes provides goals, assists and excitement from the wings. Given his direct approach, he is the perfect target for Arsenal, who need a bit more creativity to help Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Liverpool might have the advantage here, though. With Virgil Van Dijk and Gini Wijnaldum, Promes has two Netherlands team-mates to help him settle in. He might also be tempted by Champions League football and the chance to compete for a league title.
