Liverpool and Arsenal are both said to be keen on signing Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder, Yves Bissouma, according to a report from Talksport.
Bissouma, 24, has become an integral part of the XI under Graham Potter and has a contract at the AMEX until 2023.

However, Talksport claim that both Mikel Arteta and Jurgen Klopp are monitoring the Mali international ahead of a possible move in January. Klopp, in particular, is said to be interested in Bissouma as a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum.
Bissouma, who has 14 caps for his country, has made quite the impression down on the south coast since arriving from Lille. He’s already made over 50 appearances for the Seagulls and is seen as a vital cog at the base of midfield.

Arsenal and Liverpool are both set for interesting January windows. The Gunners are looking for more attacking and midfield depth, while the Reds need a new defender and, as mentioned, a potential Wijnaldum alternative.
A fine player, Bissouma could easily step up a notch – TBR View
Brighton play some fantastic football and Bissouma is right at the heart of it, breaking up play and moving the ball quickly in midfield.
It’s little surprise, then, to see the midfielder being linked with the very top clubs.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal could do with someone like Bissouma. Strong, young, and good with and without the ball, he’d be ideal in both midfields in all honesty.
Brighton won’t want to sell but will know they might have to buckle eventually if the price is right.
