Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino will be backed by Daniel Levy with whatever decision he takes over full-back Danny Rose this summer.
The pair are due to speak, with appraisals for all players at the club to commence soon.

Rose’s future is uncertain at the moment, with the player having acknowledged that following England’s victory over Switzerland in the Nations League third-place play-off.
With typical transparency, he told Sky Sports: “If I’m back at Tottenham next season, great, if I’m not – great. I don’t know what the future holds now but I’m looking forward to a break.

“I’ll be just sitting tight over the next few weeks and just seeing what happens. Either way, I’m prepared for whatever happens. Last season I didn’t play as much as I wanted. This season I’ve played quite a bit, it’s been really good.”
football.london state that Pochettino will have the final say on Rose, and will be backed all the way by Spurs chairman Levy.
TBR’s view
It is good that Levy will allow Pochettino to make the call over Rose.
He is the man who spends every day on the training ground with him, and can tell if there’s potential for him to return to being the player he once was.

From the outside looking in, surely £60,000-a-week Rose (Spotrac) would be worth keeping.
He has struggled with injury problems over the past couple of years, but he remains a dependable defender.
That said, Pochettino may be powerless to prevent his exit, with Rose a headstrong individual.
