Bleacher Report have claimed that Leicester City will test Arsenal’s resolve around Kieran Tierney this summer if Ben Chilwell is sold, as Chelsea and Manchester City continue to strongly monitor the Leicester left-back.
Chilwell has performed well for club and country once again and with both Chelsea and City in need of a left-sided defender, Chilwell could well leave the King Power. Leicester are more than aware this is a possibility.
It is believed that Brendan Rodgers has already lined up a replacement. Tierney, who is still only 22 years of age, has only played 11 times in all competitions for Arsenal since his £25million (BBC) move from Scottish champions Celtic.
Despite his injury problems, Rodgers is ready to take Tierney to Leicester this summer if Chilwell departs. It remains to be seen if Arsenal would be open to letting the Scottish star leave, given his contract expires in the summer of 2024.

TBR’s view – Rodgers reunion would get best out of Arsenal star
At Celtic, Tierney became renowned as one of Britian’s best left-sided defenders as he starred in European competition for his boyhood club – as well as impressing week in, week out for the Scottish champions.
Under Rodgers, Tierney won seven trophies before the Northern Irish manager moved to Leicester. A reunion at Leicester would get the best out of Tierney, and see the Scot rediscover his reputation as one of Britain’s best up-and-coming stars.
