Championship promotion hopefuls, Leeds United, are reportedly in talks to sign Nuremberg midfielder, Patrick Erras, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Erras is a target for Marcelo Bielsa as he looks to add quality to his squad over the summer. The Whites are widely expected to win promotion to the Premier League, so new faces are a must.

The 25-year-old German is currently playing his football with Nuremberg in the Bundesliga 2. He has been a regular, too, starting 17 times and scoring twice.
However, his performances have caught the attention of a number of clubs in England. Indeed, alongside Leeds, the likes of QPR and Bristol City are also said to be keen on Erras.
The German is known for being a versatile operator. Predominantly a central defensive midfielder, Erras can also drop into the back four if needed.

With Ben White set to return to Brighton and Kalvin Phillips often shouldered with the midfield responsibility, that versatility could come in very handy for Bielsa.

A free transfer is something fans love to see from their club and Erras could well prove to be a bargain pick-up by Leeds.
As well as his form this season, the German has impressed consistently for a number of campaigns.
He previously attracted attention from Newcastle and Rafa Benitez, with Bild previously claiming the Premier League side were keen on landing him last summer.
That says a lot about how Erras is perceived by scouts. With a bit of luck, Leeds can win promotion and bring the German to England.
