According to a report from The Telegraph, Leeds United are preparing to press on with their bid to sign Brentford winger, Said Benrahma.
The Algerian star is one of the most in-demand players heading into the summer transfer scramble, with Brentford’s failure to win promotion only heightening the expectation he will leave.

Leeds, along with the likes of Aston Villa and Leicester City, are said to be among the teams keen on taking Benrahma to the Premier League.
But this latest report suggests Leeds are now ready to move ahead with their interest and the Whites are now readying a bid for the Bees star as they begin to test the water.
The Telegraph claims that Brentford value Benrahma at around the £25m mark. Whether Leeds go in immediately with that sort of bid, remains to be seen.

However, they’ll fancy their chances of landing the Algerian by moving early, you would assume.
Benrahma is an upgrade despite the wingers already at Elland Road – TBR View
There’s no denying Leeds have some fine players on the wings already. However, while Helder Costa and Jack Harrison are good, solid players, they aren’t a patch on Benrahma.
The Bees star scored 17 times last season and set up another nine, bringing his total goal contribution to 26. That sort of form is impeccable and he’d bring an increase in quality to Elland Road.
While £25m might sound a lot, Benrahma is only 24 so his value should stick. It really would be a fine piece of business if Leeds and Victor Orta can pull it off.
