Rafa Mujica is closing in on securing another loan move away from Leeds United, with Spanish outlet El Comercio reporting that he is set to join Real Oviedo.
Whites fans have seen little of Mujica since his Elland Road switch last summer. He was involved in the club’s pre-season ahead of the last campaign.

However, he quickly left to join Extremadura. He was recalled in January after struggling for game-time and ended up at Villarreal as part of their B team.
He scored four goals in seven appearances for the club. And he now looks set to secure another temporary move away.

According to El Comercio, Mujica is set to return to Spain’s second tier with Oviedo. The report notes that the 21-year-old is heading for a medical.
TBR View: Mujica cannot be written off, but surely faces last chance in battle to save Leeds career
In truth, it looks incredibly difficult to see Mujica making the grade at Elland Road. Marcelo Bielsa has left the door open for a number of youngsters to push their way into the first-team fold during his time at the club.
So the fact that Mujica has been on loan throughout his tenure looks telling.
But while he remains on the club’s books, there must be at least a small chance of the youngster getting an opportunity.
If he goes and enjoys a prolific year, perhaps Leeds may not shut the door on him entirely. But there is no question that he looks to have a lot of work to do to leave his parent club with a decision to make.
