Leeds United have reportedly set their sights on Philadelphia Union left-back Kai Wagner.
Whites boss Jesse Marsch is said to be looking for cover for Junior Firpo, who’s currently on the sidelines.
Football reporter Manuel Veth took to Twitter to claim that Leeds are eyeing Wagner.

The Daily Mail has also commented on the Elland Road side’s apparent interest in the German defender.
They claim Leeds are ‘weighing up a move’ for Wagner and believe they can sign him for just £2.5million.
However, the Whites reportedly face competition from Croatia’s Dinamo Zagreb and Portugal’s Benfica.
Wagner ‘has been one of the most consistent performers in MLS’, as per the Daily Mail.
Meanwhile, The Sun have described the 25-year-old as ‘one of the most sought-after players in the MLS’.
Wagner joined Union from Wurzburger Kickers in 2019 and has made 116 appearances for the American outfit.
He has scored four goals and registered an impressive 17 assists for his club.
Wagner also lifted the Supporters Shield with Union in 2019-20 alongside Brenden Aaronson.
The two players know each other well, having shared a pitch 43 times as teammates.
“He’s that talented”
In 2020, West Ham and Fulham were reportedly eyeing Wagner.
And Jim Curtin wasn’t surprised to hear his player courting interest from across the pond.
“Kai had interest last year as well so he’s that talented at a position to be quite frank that there’s not a lot of good ones in the world,” Curtin told the MLS website.
“They’re really hard to find, good left-footed players, especially left-footed defenders are very unique
“There’s a premium for them. When scouts see good ones they jump quickly at them.
“So it’s not surprising to me to hear that Kai has drawn a lot of interest in Europe.”
