TeamTalk have claimed that Leeds United have been offered the chance to sign Real Madrid teenager Miguel Gutierrez this summer, as the Whites look to bring in a left-footed defender to cover Stuart Dallas and Gjanni Alioski.
Alioski, 29, is out of contract this summer and a new deal looks more and more unlikely. The North Macedonia international has been linked with the likes of Galatasaray and other sides – while Dallas continues to shine in the middle of the park.
Leeds need a left-back, and the likes of Romain Perraud, Yasser Larouci and Patrick van Aanholt have all been linked. Now, Leeds have another option – in the form of 19-year-old Gutierrez who has starred for Raul’s Real Madrid B-team.
A 10-time Spain Under-19 international, Gutierrez has appeared on the bench for four first-team games this season but is yet to make his senior debut. He has played 13 times for Castilla, and it is claimed Leeds have been offered him – and are now keen.
Goal claim Gutierrez has a release clause worth £35million.

TBR’s view – Gutierrez has enormous potential
The left-back has massive potential. While he is yet to make his senior debut, he is starring for Castilla who currently play in the third tier of Spanish football, shining under the guidance of Raul. To appear on the bench shows he is rated highly.
Unfortunately for Gutierrez, he has no chance of making an impression at Madrid. Marcelo and Ferland Mendy remain first choice while David Alaba is expected to join the club in the summer window. Gutierrez could be tempted to join Leeds.
