Report: Leeds have made enquiry for 'unbelievable' Arsenal target
Leeds United have made an enquiry for Arsenal target Djed Spence as he continues to shine out on loan, according to Sky Sports.
Spence has been a revelation in the Championship this season. Neil Warnock actually allowed him to leave Middlesbrough at the end of the transfer window, with Nottingham Forest taking him for the rest of the campaign.
His form ahead of the January window was superb. And Ian Wright suggested that his performance against the Gunners in the FA Cup was ‘unbelievable‘.

Nevertheless, Chris Wilder opted against bringing the 21-year-old back to the Riverside Stadium when the window opened.
It was reported at the weekend that Arsenal want Spence. He would be unable to play for the Gunners having already played for two clubs this season.
Boro meanwhile, value Spence at £10 million. But the Daily Mirror suggested that there is a growing expectation that a move somewhere could be agreed, with the defender returning to Forest for the rest of the campaign.
But Arsenal are not the only Premier League team in the running. Sky Sports have reported that Leeds have made an enquiry.
It is not clear whether the Whites would be willing to make a move in this window. Certainly, it would not sit well with a lot of supporters if Leeds parted with £10 million this month for a player who could not be involved until the summer.
Leeds are not completely out of danger yet. So any money available this month would ideally be used on those who could make an immediate impact.
Leeds signing Djed Spence would leave question mark over Cody Drameh’s future
Leeds already have a very promising right-back on their books. Cody Drameh made his Premier League debut earlier this season.
It surprised many when Drameh left to join Cardiff City on loan. And Marcelo Bielsa made no secret of the fact that he would have preferred to keep the former Fulham man.
Drameh was excellent on his debut for the Bluebirds at the weekend. But Leeds signing Spence would surely leave a major question mark over the future of Drameh.
It was already an ominous sign that Bielsa insisted that he wanted Drameh to stay. So signing another right-back would be a very intriguing decision.
