Leeds United could reportedly receive an eight-figure offer from Tottenham for Jack Clarke.
According to the Daily Mail, London giants Spurs are prepared to launch a £10million bid to try sign the attacker this summer.
It is understood that the 18-year-old has also been eyed by the likes of Crystal Palace and Arsenal since making his senior breakthrough at Elland Road.
The report details Spurs are long-term admirers and are ready to offer around £10million to try take him to North London.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to sign someone highly-rated like Clarke, as bringing in young players to develop them has worked well in the past for him.
They are currently preparing for the Champions League final against Liverpool and are certainly an attractive option.
Leeds need to try dig their heels in over Clarke this summer and keep their academy graduate in Yorkshire for at least another year.
The teenager is a dazzling attacker that is effective on either wing and has a great turn of acceleration with the ball at his feet.
He’s been introduced to regular first-team football by Marcelo Bielsa and that will surely only increase going into next year, but the chances of breaking into the Spurs side would be much slimmer.
Clarke played 25 times this campaign across all competitions and can have a key role in the Championship next season if given the chance.
