Leeds United could step up their interest in Douglas Costa in the coming weeks, with Calciomercato sharing Juventus’s asking price for the 30-year-old.
Costa is currently on loan at Bayern Munich. However, he has struggled to make a major impact during his time with the Bavarian giants.

Calciomercato notes that it is looking increasingly likely that Bayern will not look to keep him at the end of his loan. And it is suggested that that may open the door for Leeds.
The report claims that Bielsa is a big fan of the Brazil international. And Leeds’s interest could apparently increase in the coming weeks.

Calciomercato adds that Juve want at least £9.5 million for the winger.
TBR View: Leeds should jump at chance to sign Costa
It has been a strange few years for Costa. Since joining Bayern permanently in 2015, he has moved Juventus on loan before signing permanently. And he has obviously since returned to Munich on loan from the Old Lady.
But his CV highlights the quality he does have. And under the right coach, he could be a devastating addition to most squads.
Leeds should therefore, not hesitate to make a move this summer. Admittedly, his wages are unlikely to be cheap, with Calciomercato previously claiming he is on £101,000-a-week.
But for a fee of just £9.5 million, he could be a game-changer for the Whites.
