90 Min reports that it’s unclear whether Sevilla attacker Youssef En-Nesyri actually wants to sign for West Ham United in January now.
David Moyes will be keen to add some fresh faces to his squad after an underwhelming start to the new season.
The Hammers backed the Scotsman over the summer as the club brought in the likes of Lucas Paqueta and Gianluca Scamacca.
But West Ham have struggled to find the back of the net this season and have only managed to score 15 times in 18 Premier League games.
Moyes’ men sit just one place above the relegation zone, only by goal difference. And it seems they are trying to rekindle their interest in En-Nesyri as they search for answers.

Unclear whether En-Nesyri wants to sign for West Ham
The Athletic reported this morning that West Ham have made a fresh approach to sign the Sevilla forward on loan this month.
90 Min echoes these claims and state that En-Nesyri has been a long-term target for Moyes.
The Hammers made a move to sign the 25-year-old on loan this time last year and now, talks have been held over the same type of deal.
But at this stage, it remains unclear whether the forward would actually be interested in moving to east London.

En-Nesyri played a key role in Morocco’s surprise run to the World Cup semi-final, scoring two goals in seven games.
But the ‘powerful’ attacker has been struggling for Sevilla and is yet to get off the mark in La Liga this season.
West Ham certainly need to turn their fortunes around quickly and their woes in-front of goal are costing them at the moment.
Moyes did manage to pick up a much-needed win over Brentford in the FA Cup over the weekend but the Scotsman will need to improve his side’s league form dramatically.
While En-Nesyri is a real handful for defenders, he’s not the most prolific goal scorer and that’s exactly what the Hammers are lacking right now.
The Moroccan star performed brilliantly at the World Cup, but in our view, he’s not the answer to West Ham’s problems.
