Republic of Ireland striker Troy Parrott is desperate for a chance to impress Tottenham manager Antonio Conte.
Parrott spent last season out on loan with Milton Keynes Dons in League One, as they missed out on promotion in the play-off semi-finals.
Football.London claim that Parrott is keen to eventually show what he can do, but that might have to wait until the 2023/24 season.
They say that he could well be set for another loan exit in the summer, with a move to the Championship potentially in the offing.

Parrott desperate for Tottenham chance
The report says that another loan fits into Parrott’s own shorter term plan for the season ahead.
But longer term, he is so keen to make an impact at Spurs, who still need a backup striker for Harry Kane to offer competition and cover.
The report says that Parrott could go on the club’s pre-season tour.
That would give Parrott a chance to show Conte his progress, after it was reported in March that the pair had never even spoken.

Swansea, Middlesbrough, Preston and Queens Park Rangers are among the club’s interested and Spurs want Parrott to get regular game time as a central striker next term in the second tier.
Parrott has been described as ‘incredible‘ and he is certainly a talented player who needs to keep on improving and getting more physically ready for top level football.
A Championship loan seems the logical next step, and Oliver Skipp provides an example in that regard, having impressed at Norwich before going into Tottenham’s first team last season.
