Aston Villa could be braced for a battle to keep hold of Jack Grealish, with Pep Guardiola and Kevin De Bruyne apparently keen on Man City landing the England man.
According to The Independent, the Villa midfielder has impressed Guardiola, who also received a glowing reference of Grealish from De Bruyne, who played against him for Belgium last week.

The report claims that Villa’s contract with Grealish has a clause in that means they won’t sell for anything less than the £100m mark. That is an increase on the value they had of their key man in the summer, thought to be around £70m.
Grealish has been in superb form for club and country this season. However, every player will have his price and Grealish could well be tempted to The Etihad with the promise of challenging for titles and Pep Guardiola staying put.

Villa, meanwhile, would likely resist any advances but could be tempted if City do approach that momentous £100m mark.
A bold move from City but easy to see why – TBR View
This was always going to come along, wasn’t it? Grealish has been one of the stars of the season not just for Villa, but in the entire league.
His stock is increasing with every passing week so it’s easy to see why City want him. Realistically, he looks a ready made replacement for the departed David Silva.
The fee is massive, but the best cost big money. Grealish is in that bracket and could well be a difference maker for City if he does move.
