TBR View – Everton see further benefit from Ancelotti appointment
Everton made a huge statement when they announced Ancelotti’s appointment this season.
And they have already made reasonable progress, with the club only one point further away from the top four than they are from the bottom three. There are certainly no concerns about which division they will be in next year.
Signing Gabriel would be a further example of how Ancelotti’s appointment is a game-changer for the Toffees.
Everton may have still been able to sign the prospect without having Ancelotti at the helm. But it appears that his presence has had an impact.
Gabriel has some exciting options on the table. Both Wolves and Leicester are in the top six currently.
But the defender reportedly sees the potential on Merseyside. And with Ancelotti around, he will certainly not be the last.
