Three Everton youngsters are set to pen new deals. According to The Liverpool Echo, Everton will wrap up new contracts for Korede Adedoyin, Harry Charsley and Con Ouzounidis.

However, Bassala Sambou has rejected a new two-year deal and the club will not be offering new deals to Mateusz Hewelt or Boris Mathis.

Adedoyin, Charsley and Ouzounidis were all out of contract this summer. But the promising trio are in line to earn contract extensions to keep them at the Merseyside club.

Midfielder or full-back Charsley will get a short-term deal despite his injury problems. As per this report, the 22-year-old will continue his rehabilitation but could then be offloaded in January.

The Republic of Ireland U21 international has played one senior game for Everton (in the Europa League). He also had an unsuccessful loan spell at Bolton Wanderers, playing just once. He returned to Everton’s academy but missed the end of the 2018/19 season due to injury.

Adedoyin is a highly-rated young player and he will also get a new deal. Several clubs have been linked with the Nigeria U20 starlet (according to All Nigeria Soccer) but Everton are set to keep him.

The 18-year-old operates on the wing or as a centre-forward. With 13 goals in 21 games for Everton’s U18 team this season, he looks set to take Sambou’s place in the U23 side.

Ouzounidis will also earn an extension. The Australia youth centre-back played six times for the U23 team last season. The 19-year-old is rated as one for the future by Everton.
