Everton will reportedly hit a brick wall in their pursuit of Juventus centre-forward Moise Kean.

According to Calciomercato, the 19-year-old is on the radar of the Toffees this summer.

But the report details that the Serie A giants are set to tie down the future of the teenage striker with a new contract.

Calciomercato previously reported that Everton were expected to make a £27million offer to try bring him to Goodison Park this summer.

Kean is a promising young talent already has two goals in his three senior international caps for Italy.

He started to force his way into first-team contention at Juventus last season, scoring seven goals in 17 senior appearances.

The target man is quick and powerful when leading the line, but it looks like his long-term future may be in his homeland with Juventus.

TBR’s View:

Kean may always have been an ambitious target for Everton, but chasing high-profile players that can improve their XI is the right way to approach the summer window.

Marco Silva needs to try add real quality to his squad and the Juventus striker would have been an exciting addition, but it looks like he will sign a new deal to stay where he is.

The Merseyside club need to find someone that can compete with Dominic Calvert-Lewin in attack next season.
