Everton are interested in signing winger Daniel Podence from Wolves ahead of the January transfer window.
The Toffees have already pulled off an outstanding swoop on Molineux under Frank Lampard, loaning in Wolves captain Conor Coady.
Now, Italian outlet Calcio Mercato claim that they are potentially plotting another raid, with Podence in their sights this time.

Everton interested in Podence
Podence is 27 now and we have seen glimpses of his quality in the Premier League but not on a consistent basis.
Back in February, he shone as Wolves beat Leicester 2-1 at Molineux, showing what he can do when he is at his very best.
After that game, TalkSPORT pundit Darren Bent said Podence ‘reminds him of Eden Hazard’ but we do not see that ability enough.
Wolves are struggling this season, sitting second from bottom on nine points and were thrashed by the Foxes 4-0 last time out.
They also do not have a permanent manager, with Under-18 boss Steve Davis in the role until 2023, which is hardly an ideal scenario.
That may convince Podence to make the move to Goodison Park in January, and if the interest is concrete then Coady will likely be in his ear too.
But if Everton do get him, they will need far more consistency out of him in terms of end product, goals and assists.
