Italian outlet TuttoJuve have claimed that Everton are just one of a number of clubs interested in raiding RB Salzburg to sign 19-year-old star Dominik Szoboszlai – with Arsenal also reportedly keen on the Hungarian.

Szoboszlai has been in stunning form for Jesse Marsch’s impressive Salzburg side – scoring nine goals and creating 13 this season. He even netted in this season’s Champions League, scoring in a 6-2 win over Genk.

Already an eight-time Hungary international Szoboszlai is said to have jumped onto Everton’s shortlist. The winger is also being eyed by Napoli, Milan, Dortmund, Hertha Berlin, Sevilla and Valencia – as per the latest report.

It is believed that Szoboszlai can be the next Salzburg talent to leave – after Takumi Minamino and Erling Haaland – if a fee of £27million is tabled. Goal have recently claimed that Arsenal are also keen on Szoboszlai.

TBR’s view – Which move is best, Everton or Arsenal?

At Everton, Szoboszlai would find competition in the form of Bernard, Alex Iwobi, Theo Walcott and Richarlison but with the latter playing up front and both Iwobi and Walcott struggling – Szoboszlai should fancy his chances.

A move to Arsenal would see him become first reserve behind Bukayo Saka and Nicolas Pepe and certainly, he would have a chance of ousting the latter. Under Mikel Arteta, Szoboszlai could thrive. The Emirates would be his best move.
