Everton have reportedly opened talks with coveted French midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
Le10 Sport claim the Toffees have made contact with the Paris Saint-Germain player, who is set to leave the club this summer when his contract expires.
Rabiot has been in limbo since the start of the year after failing to agree a new deal at the Parc des Princes.

The 24-year-old has been playing with the reserves, and his mother slammed his treatment by the club, calling her son ‘a prisoner’ (via Marca).
Many big teams have been linked with a free transfer for Rabiot including Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
But now Everton appear to have joined the race.
TBR’s view
Rabiot would be a real coup for Everton, especially with no transfer fee involved.
The central midfielder really is a wonderful player with great technical qualities.

Arguably he has the same elegant style as Andre Gomes, and he could be a good replacement for the Portugal international who is a target for several teams after a great 2018/19 at Goodison Park.
It would be a real statement of intent if Marco Silva and Marcel Brands were able to successfully sign Rabiot this summer, especially given the current level of interest in the playmaker.
