Everton are interested in signing Roma’s Alessandro Florenzi this summer, according to a report from Gianluca Di Marzio.
Carlo Ancelotti has a number of right-back options within his current squad. Jonjoe Kenny has returned from his loan spell in the Bundesliga to potentially provide competition for Seamus Coleman.

And while Djibril Sidibe’s loan has come to an end, Mason Holgate has previously shown that he is also capable of playing out wide if required.
But it appears that Ancelotti may be keen to strengthen his options further.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Toffees are keen on Florenzi, who spent the latter half of last season on loan at Valencia.
The 29-year-old’s versatility would make him a good acquisition for many clubs this summer. Last season alone, Florenzi played in both full-back roles, and on both flanks further up the pitch.
Meanwhile, the Italy international has previously played as a central midfielder.
A recent report from MilanLive. It suggested that Florenzi will cost between around £13.6 million and £16.3 million.
He has previously had some struggles with injury. And there may be some concerns that he may now be past his peak.
But given Roma’s asking price, coupled with his remarkable versatility, he may arguably prove to be an extremely shrewd signing if he leaves the Giallorrosi this summer.
