Everton and West Ham are both reportedly in discussions with La Liga giants Barcelona over their forward Martin Braithwaite.
According to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, the 29-year-old’s future is expected to be away from Camp Nou and a sale is likely this summer despite him only joining in February.
It is claimed that he a move to the Premier League is most likely, with Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton and David Moyes’ West Ham in talks over him.
The report adds that he has a £16million price tag and has also attracted some interest from Spanish clubs.
Braithwaite has one goal in 11 appearances for Barcelona since joining in February, but in the first half of the season did manage eight goals in 27 games for La Liga rivals Leganes.
The Denmark international previously spent time in England with Middlesbrough in the Championship and could now get a chance in the top-flight with either Everton or West Ham.

TBR’s View:
Everton and West Ham are certainly two of the Premier League’s biggest underachievers in the 2019/20 season, with both finishing in the bottom half of the table despite their talented squads.
The Merseyside club do already have some decent forward options with the likes of Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, which is why many Toffees fans want to see the midfield area prioritised in the transfer window.
Meanwhile, West Ham were saved by an in-form Michail Antonio in the final month of the campaign, but have looked majorly short in attack.
Braithwaite would be a risk for either for around £16million, but it’s West Ham that should be more tempted to sign a striker that is good in the air and has decent movement in the box.
