Everton and Southampton are amongst a host of clubs to have taken a look at Celtic’s academy goalkeeper Vincent Angelini, according to a report from Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb.
Angelini’s days on the Parkhead books look to be numbered. The report claims that he is out of contract in the summer and is ready to leave.

And it appears that he will have no shortage of options to pick from. According to Tuttomercatoweb, there has been contact with the Toffees, Southampton and Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Lazio, Atalanta and AC Milan are also tracking the under-18 starlet.

And unfortunately for the group of English sides tracking Angelini, it appears that they are not favourites to land his signature.
It is claimed in the report that Angelini is keen to move to Italy when his deal expires. His father is from the country.
It is obviously a blow for Celtic that they are seemingly set to lose the goalkeeper. The stature of the clubs chasing his signature arguably highlights his potential.
It will be interesting to see if the likes of Everton and the Saints step up their efforts.
His reported preference would suggest that they have their work cut out. For any of his Premier League admirers to go on and sign him therefore, would be a major statement regarding the talent they believe he has.
