Everton have reportedly struck an agreement with Watford for the transfer of midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure.
The Daily Star are claiming that Toffees officials have successfully negotiated with their Hornets counterparts regarding a move to Goodison Park for the Frenchman.
Apparently Watford have accepted a £20 million offer, but personal terms are yet to be sorted.

The reported breakthrough comes with Allan and James Rodriguez both closing in on moves to Merseyside.
The pair are expected to be announced soon, with both having previously worked under Carlo Ancelotti.
Doucoure, who featured in 37 out of 38 Premier League games last season, has been heavily linked with an exit from Vicarage Road following Watford’s relegation to the Championship.
Fulham, Wolverhampton Wanderers and AS Monaco have all been linked, but Everton now seem to be in pole position.
TBR’s View – Everton making moves
Everton have sprung into life in the transfer market after a slow start.

Allan and Rodriguez should both soon be announced, but Doucoure on top of those two would be an added bonus.
Doucoure is known for being all-action, and him being paired alongside Allan in the engine room could genuinely make Everton a nightmare to face.
The Toffees desperately needed to revamp their midfield, and the Ancelotti effect might just be making that happen for them.
