Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek could yet make a summer move to Tottenham Hotspur.
De Telegraaf journalist Marcel Van de Kraan was speaking about the midfielder’s prospects on talkSPORT on Monday morning.
He claims the 22-year-old will join either Spurs or Manchester United.

He said on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast: “Donny van de Beek has his eyes set on the Premier League.
“I think he’s a proper Premier League player – he’s got a big tank, he’s got the education from Ajax, he can play in more positions in midfield.
“I think he’s got his eyes set on a club like Man United or Tottenham Hotspur.
“I’ve been talking to his agent, and he said if that would materialise it would be something right up his street.”

Van de Beek is hot property having enjoyed a superb season with the Amsterdam giants that saw them reach the Champions League semi-final stage.
TBR’s view
If Van de Kraan is to be believed then it’s a big positive for Spurs, who face losing Christian Eriksen this summer.
van de Beek has not gotten as much media attention as some of his teammates, but he scored 17 goals and made 13 assists in 2018/19.

He is hugely talented and could be excellent business.
Manchester United have the financial clout, but Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino’track record of player development may be the decisive factor in Spurs winning any race.
