David Moyes will reportedly only take over at Everton or West Ham United if he is offered a long-term deal.
According to The Sun, the 56-year-old wants assurances of time to build a successful side, and does not want to be used as a stop-gap.
Both teams are said to be considering their former manager, after poor starts to the 2019/20 season.

At West Ham, Manuel Pellegrini – who replaced Moyes in the summer of 2018 – is under major pressure with the club on a rotten run of eight games without a win.
Silva is reportedly on the brink at Everton with the club languishing in 16th in the Premier League table.
It seems that another loss for either manager this weekend could prompt their axe, with Moyes waiting in the wings.
TBR’s view – Moyes long-term would be a risk
He may have kept West Ham United in the Premier League after succeeding Slaven Bilic, but Moyes would be a big gamble for either side to hand a longer-term contract to.

His ill-fated spells at Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland are a concern, and there are surely younger managers with fresher ideas out there.
Moyes was successful at Everton from 2002-13, but the Toffees going back may not be the answer.
