Arsenal’s move to re-sign Dani Ceballos appears a step closer, with the London Evening Standard reporting that the midfielder has arrived in England to seal his switch.
Ceballos’s future has been a key talking point throughout the window. He went into the summer having arguably been one of Arsenal’s best players following Mikel Arteta’s appointment.

However, it appeared that bringing him back to the Emirates was not going to be an easy task. AS reported earlier in the summer that Real Madrid had brought an abrupt end to talks as they had decided to take a look at the 24-year-old in pre-season.
But the Guardian reported this week that Madrid had agreed to loan Ceballos to Arsenal for another year.

And the Evening Standard has now stated that the midfielder is in London to finalise the switch for the coming campaign.
TBR View: Another big boost for Arsenal
It will be fantastic news for Arsenal to get Ceballos’s future resolved. Of course, there will be more questions further down the line. But for this season, it is a big boost.
He seemed to struggle during the opening stages of his loan spell in North London. But he looked transformed after the turn of the year, with Arteta seemingly getting the best out of him.
Arsenal appear to have done some superb business in this window. And making sure that Ceballos remains at the club for another year certainly looks to be another massive step in the right direction.
