According to a report from the Express and Star, Crystal Palace are firmly on course to land Nathan Ferguson from Championship side, West Brom.
The young defender has been a revelation for the Baggies this season. After bursting onto the scene, Ferguson has helped Albion to within touching distance of promotion back to the Premier League.

However, the 19-year-old hasn’t signed a new deal at the Hawthorns. With his current deal set to expire, it is now claimed that Palace will finally land their man.
Ferguson has played 21 times for Albion this season. Slaven Bilic is a big fan of the teenager but with Ferguson yet to sign new terms, the Croatian could be resigned to losing him.

The report from the Express and Star claims an £11m deal was agreed for Ferguson in January. However, injury for the youngster ensured that move didn’t go ahead.
Palace, though, appear to land Ferguson regardless this summer.
Ferguson a fine young player who will go on to better at Crystal Palace- TBR View
Nathan Ferguson is one of the top young players in the Championship so it’s little surprise to see Premier League clubs sniffing around him.
Crystal Palace is probably a good move for him, too. Going to one of the giants of the PL at this moment in time might mean he’s sat on the bench a lot.
However, a move to Selhurst Park should see him get regular game-time under Roy Hodgson.
It’s a shame for West Brom, but it does look like Ferguson has already made his mind up in terms of moving away from the Hawthorns.
