Report: Crystal Palace interested in Cardiff winger Josh Murphy
Crystal Palace have reportedly joined the hunt for Cardiff City attacker Josh Murphy.
According to the Sun, Palace and Burnley are two top-flight clubs that are keen on the Premier League winger.
It is understood that Cardiff expects offers in the summer for the 24-year-old if they are relegated and they are four points from safety with just two games left.
The report details that the Bluebirds could recoup the £11million they signed him for from Norwich City last summer if he is to exit at the end of the season.
Palace have the left-winger on their radar for the summer and it will be intriguing to see how they build on this season.
Roy Hodgson’s side currently sit 12th in the league table and will be finishing in the bottom half of the division, but most importantly clear of safety.

TBR’s View:
Palace do have several attacking options at Selhurst Park as it stands, but certainly will need some more ammunition if they are to improve next season.
Murphy is an interesting target that could be worth an £11million gamble and he could perhaps be better playing in a team that has more of the ball.
The speed machine has dazzled at times for struggling Cardiff and managed three goals in his 28 games across all competitions.
He’s certainly a great dribbler and can get fans off the seats, which is why he deserves to stay in the top flight and further his career next season.
Palace fans shouldn’t expect Murphy to become the talisman if he does join, but there is a lot of potential that could be unlocked.
