Tottenham Hotspur defender Cristian Romero is available to play tonight, according to Gaston Edul.
The TyC Sports journalist said that the Spurs star “has nothing” in terms of injury, just muscular fatigue.
As a result, Romero can play for Antonio Conte’s side against Sporting CP in the Champions League, added Edul.

The Argentina international missed out on Tottenham’s matchday squad against Newcastle United at the weekend.
Antonio Conte cited fatigue as the reason Romero and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg weren’t in the squad.
And ahead of the Sporting clash, Conte said the duo remained doubts.
“About Pierre and Cuti, tomorrow morning, we will see,” the Tottenham boss told the Spurs media team on Tuesday.
“Today, they had half of a training session, and the situation wasn’t so positive.
“But we are talking about two important players for us and it’s right to wait until the end, because tomorrow’s game is really important.”
Edul seemed positive about Romero’s fitness, as per a TyC Sports video he shared on his Twitter feed.
“Good news – Cristian Romero has nothing (wrong with him),” he said.
“He has muscular fatigue, Conte can use him in the Champions (League).”

‘Potential to be one of the best’
Great news if true – Romero is a superb player who makes a huge difference for Tottenham.
“Cristian Romero, such a fantastic player,” Owen Hargreaves told BT Sport after Spurs’ last meeting with Sporting.
“He has the potential to be one of the best in the whole league. He’s got everything, he’s aggressive. Good passer of the ball.”
Fingers crossed he is fit and can help Tottenham turn their form around – they need it.
