Leeds United have apparently received ‘multiple enquiries’ about Mateusz Klich, but have batted them all aside as he is such a key player for Marcelo Bielsa’s men, the Athletic report.
Big interest
Leeds apparently have had to fend off interest from lower placed teams in Klich, who keep trying to sign him.
It seems strange why teams keep thinking they can prise Klich away from Elland Road.
However, Leeds believe that because the Polish international rarely makes headlines, many recruitment staff from rival sides don’t realise quite how important Bielsa views him to be.
Key player
Klich played in every Championship game as Leeds earned promotion and while he was rested at times last term, he still was a frequent starter for the club.

The midfielder may actually see his place in the team come under threat this summer, with Leeds looking to add a new midfielder to their ranks in the transfer window.
But it seems highly unlikely that Leeds would even consider selling Klich, unless a huge offer came in for him.
And any interested clubs would surely be better off looking elsewhere, as Bielsa is such a big fan of the Polish international.
