The Telegraph claim that Claudio Ranieri is keen on luring Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac to Vicarage Road in January. It comes, after Ranieri publicly criticised ex-Tottenham defender Danny Rose over his work rate.
Kolasinac, 28, is out of contract at Arsenal in June. It comes, after he returned to North Lodnon in the summer following a loan spell with Schalke. But he has been afforded just four appearances in all competitions.
Indeed, the Bosnia defender has only started one Premier League match – the 5-0 defeat to Manchester City. He has appeared as a sub against Leicester and only made the squad on two other occasions in the league.
Currently, he is sidelined with an ankle problem but ultimately, he is third choice behind Nuno Tavares and Kieran Tierney. Of course, Watford could also do with a centre-back and Kolasinac can play in the middle of the defence.

Watford eye Kolasinac: Arsenal should be willing to listen to all offers
Given his £100,000-a-week (Spotrac) contract is going to expire at the end of the season, Arsenal have got to be willing to listen to any offers for Kolasinac. Even if it only a few million quid, Arsenal should sell him.
For the good of the player, to get his wages off the list, and to stop losing him for nothing at the end of the season. Especially as he is surplus to requirements at Arsenal, the Gunners must sanction a move to Watford.
