Tottenham Hotspur fear that Harry Kane could ask for an exit from the club at the end of the season if the club’s struggles continue.

That is according to a report from The Times this week, in the aftermath of Spurs’ 7-2 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

The report states that Tottenham fear Kane is ‘losing patience’ with the wait to win trophies at Tottenham. It claims a ‘disillusioned’ Kane could join a long list of senior Tottenham players ready to leave the club.

Tottenham fans already know of Christian Eriksen, Jan Vertonghen, Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld’s potential exits from the club. However, the departure of their main goal-getter Kane would be the biggest potential loss from the club.

He is said to be on £150,000-a-week at Spurs, which could rise to £200,000 by the end of the deal, which plenty of clubs would be ready to pay for his goalscoring antics.

Simply put, Tottenham need to get back to their best and fast or more of these stories are likely to continue circulating.

Kane is perhaps Tottenham’s most valuable commodity both on and off the pitch and losing him would be a major blow.

If Tottenham cannot get themselves back to top-four form soon, then they will be at serious risk of losing Kane and other star players.
