A report from Belgian outlet Voetbal 24 has claimed that both Spurs and Arsenal are interested in Dries Mertens this summer.
Mertens has enjoyed a decent campaign with Napoli. He has scored eight and provided seven assists in 21 Serie A appearances.

Nevertheless, it appears that his future beyond this season could lie elsewhere. According to Voetbal 24, he could leave Stadio San Paolo this summer.
Interestingly, the Belgian outlet reports that Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea all have Mertens on their radar. Inter Milan also apparently want the 33-year-old.

TBR View: Premier League move seems unlikely
Mertens has been an outstanding servant during his time in Naples. And there was probably a time when he found himself on the shopping lists of all of the biggest clubs in Europe.
However, the Belgium international turns 34 next month. And he could probably still demand a significant salary if he does move this summer.
So it is hard to see the likes of Tottenham and Arsenal making a move in the coming months. They have both endured fairly underwhelming seasons.
And signing a player now well into the twilight of his career – even one with Mertens’s record over the last couple of years – would hardly send out a great message.
