Everton can reportedly get a reduction on the transfer fee of Napoli midfielder Allan, if they also sign Hirving Lozano from the Italian side.
It has previously been reported that Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti wants to bring the Brazilian midfielder from his former club. As reported by TuttoMercatoWeb in January, Ancelotti made an approach to bring the midfield maestro in.
The interest in Lozano, predates the Mexican’s move to Italy. He was signed by Marcel Brands whilst the Everton sporting director was in charge of transfers at Ajax.
Both have been continuously linked with a move to Everton because of their respective links to Ancelotti and Brands.

Now, France Football is suggesting how the deal could look.
They claim that Allan has an asking price of €40 million (£35m). However, that fee will be knocked down if Everton make it a double deal, and swoop for Lozano as well.
Considering a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport suggested Napoli would also like to recoup a fee in the region of £35 million for Lozano or give him a chance of succeeding at the club, that would not be a cheap double deal.
Everton could be looking at spending around £70 million to secure the signing of both Napoli players and given the current climate, it is hard to see such expenditure being given the green light, especially with £30 million already committed to signing Lille defender Gabriel.
