Everton have reportedly issued a transfer ultimatum to Barcelona regarding the sale of Jean-Clair Todibo.
The Toffees have been linked with a move for the Frenchman in recent weeks, with Barcelona seemingly set to let the talented powerhouse leave in the next transfer window.
Todibo is currently on loan at Schalke but the German side are unlikely to be able to afford to sign him permanently.
SPORT are now reporting that Everton have made a third and final offer for the 6ft 3ins maestro.

It is suggested that Everton have made an offer totalling €25 million (£22.4m). It consists of an initial €22 million (£19.7m) with another €3 million (£2.7m) in potential add-ons.
Barcelona are said to appreciate this offer but are waiting to see if interest from Inter Milan and Juventus may end with potential swap options to help improve the squad at the Nou Camp. But Everton are wary of that fact and, according to the report, have told Barca they want an answer in the next few days or they will move on to other targets.
The 20-year-old talent appears to have emerged as a potential alternative to Gabriel Magalhaes at Everton, with the previously agreed deal for the Lille star looking to be in danger of collapse.
Todibo would be an exciting alternative as the Toffees aim to build a side Carlo Ancelotti can turn into European contenders.
