The Telegraph claim that Tottenham have been handed the chance to sign Tammy Abraham from Chelsea. The Blues are ready to cash in on Abraham in order raise funds for a striker signing of their own. Tottenham are one of a number of clubs to have been handed the chance to nab Abraham.
Abraham, 23, is available after falling down the Chelsea pecking order behind Timo Werner, Kai Havertz and Olivier Giroud. Chelsea want to sign a big-name centre-forward this summer and are keen on both Erling Haaland and Harry Kane. Abraham could leave, then.
The report claims that while Arsenal are keen on signing the six-time England international – he is available to both Tottenham and Inter. A Champions League winner, Abraham has scored 26 Premier League goals in his career – just three more than Kane managed last season.

Is Abraham good enough for Tottenham, amid potential Kane exit?
Well, if Kane goes, Abraham is certainly not good enough to replace him as Tottenham’s first-choice striker. But if Kane remains, Abraham would be a very solid signing to come in as cover for the Spurs hero. With Tottenham scraping into Europe, he would certainly get plenty of game time.
Abraham would also get game time in the Premier League, with reports suggesting that Nuno Espirito Santo wants to play two up top. A move to Tottenham could rejuvenate Abraham’s career – who enjoyed a good start under Frank Lampard, but has since fallen by the wayside.
