Liverpool and Arsenal could face a big fight to land Kai Havertz, with Chelsea manager Frank Lampard apparently making him the Blues’ number one summer target.
According to Todofichajes, Lampard sees Havertz as the perfect signing to reignite his team’s title ambitions.

Havertz, who was already in fine form before the season shutdown, has returned to Bundesliga action with a bang.
He scored once again yesterday as Bayer Leverkusen put on another impressive display. And according to Tofofichajes, Chelsea are now looking to beat their rivals to land the German star.
The Blues are expected to be active in the market now their transfer ban is finished. Lampard’s men are firmly in the hunt for a top-four spot in the Premier League and will be hoping Champions League football can lure Havertz.

The news will come as a blow to both Liverpool and Arsenal, who are both said to be keen on Havertz. Indeed, Bild reporter Christian Flick has previously urged the Premier League pair to move for the youngster.
A world-class talent that the Premier League would love – TBR View
There is no doubt after two weekends of action in the Bundesliga that Havertz is the star of the show. The German youngster has proven to be an exceptionally talented attacking midfielder.
Both Liverpool and Arsenal, if they can afford it, would be silly not to move for him. Chelsea, on the other hand, will be keen to make a big impact statement of their own.
It looks like being a case of who puts together the best deal. One thing’s for sure, though, and that’s that the Premier League will be getting a serious player.
Havertz could go right to the top. Indeed, German legend, Matthias Sammer, has previously described the Leverkusen star as already being a ‘world-class’ and ‘extraordinary’ talent.
