Leeds United have received a bid from a Championship club for Niall Huggins, according to a report from the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Huggins has experienced quite an eventful year at Elland Road. He was one of the standout performers in a brilliant under-23 side.

And he was rewarded with a first-team debut away at Arsenal last season. Marcelo Bielsa named him on the bench several more times before the campaign concluded.
He also signed a new contract until 2023.
And yet, he could now be on the move.
The Yorkshire Evening Post suggests that it may be a surprise if he was still a Leeds player by the time his current deal runs out.

It is not yet clear whether he will leave on loan or permanently this summer. But the Yorkshire Evening Post reports that one Championship side has made an offer.
The report notes that Blackburn Rovers want the Wales under-21 international. But it is not clear whether it is Tony Mowbray’s side who are the ones to have made a move.
Huggins sale would highlight brutal side effect of Leeds progression amid bid reports
It will surprise many if Huggins does leave the club permanently in the near future.
He looks to embody a lot of what Marcelo Bielsa appreciates in a player. He is hard-working, has the ability to produce a moment of real quality, and can play in so many different positions.
However, Leeds are continuing to make progress. And with that, players who previously looked destined for prominent first-team roles have to kickstart their careers elsewhere.
And Huggins may be one of those who moves on before the deadline passes, it seems.
