Celtic’s expected loan deal for West Ham United striker Albian Ajeti is set to include a £5 million option to buy, according to a report from Sky Sports.
Sky Sports reports that Ajeti is closing in on a temporary move to Parkhead. It has been claimed that the 23-year-old is expected to undergo a medical with the Hoops on Wednesday.

Neil Lennon’s men have been left to deal with mixed emotions after using the loan market in the past.
They have not managed to hold onto Fraser Forster. But Mohamed Elyounoussi has returned for a second loan spell this summer. And of course, the loan deal for Odsonne Edouard was the first step towards a transfer masterstroke.

And it appears that Celtic have left their options open with their move for Ajeti.
Sky Sports reports that the loan deal is expected to include a clause that will allow the Bhoys to make the move permanent for around £5 million.

West Ham loaning Ajeti out looks to be a smart move. He has struggled during his first season at the London Stadium. But it is also fair to say that he has not had a substantial chance to impress as he continues to wait for his first Premier League start.
However, the decision to agree a future fee looks to be a potential gamble. If Ajeti does enough to convince Celtic to make his move permanent, some may feel that he may well be worth a lot more than £5 million.
